Taryn Holmes

Chiropractic Intern

Taryn is an evidenced-based 4th year chiropractic student from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saint John New Brunswick. Taryn grew up in Quispamsis and was involved in many sports growing up, focusing mainly on basketball. Throughout her undergrad degree she enjoyed volunteering at a local care home and being the assistant basketball coach at her previous high school.

Taryn always enjoyed being a team member, having an active lifestyle, and helping others. This lead her to realize that she can do all of that and more being a chiropractor. Taryn enjoys treating people of all ages, acute injuries, and chronic pain. She is passionate about helping others optimize their health through education, chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises.

Taryn now enjoys being active in her everyday life through strength training, trail walking, and boxing. She is excited to be back in her home town, and to help people in her community of Saint John and surrounding areas. Taryn intends to make a positive impact, and help her patients feel better. She enjoys finding the best care for each patient that is structured to their individual needs. Dedicated to helping her patients achieve their goals.
